Pest Damage in structural timber caused by termite, woodborers and fungal decay. Defective plumbing, roofing and flashing. Defective or bridged damp proof course. Internal defects such as ceilings, cornices, wall finishes, flooring, windows, doors and architraves, kitchen and bathroom, tiling, taps, and laundry. External defects such as masonry walls, cladding, paintwork, chimneys, slabs, joinery, garages, driveways and paths, steps, fencing and drainage.
